Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP)

Over the past six months, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized new rules for reciprocating internal combustion engines (RICE) for national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP). These new regulations have the potential to significantly impact the operation of municipal power plants across the state of Kansas.
